Marketing Trainee

As a Marketing Healthcare Trainee, you will join the Healthcare Marketing team in Barcelona and support regional marketing activities across the healthcare portfolio.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, European Segment Managers and Regional Marketing Leaders, you will gain hands-on experience in product and commercial marketing while contributing to product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio optimisation.

In this role, you will:

• Support the preparation and coordination of new product introductions and product updates, working closely with the Marketing Manager and European Segment Managers.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including product phase-in and phase-out, sales and customer communications, and product documentation.
• Analyse product usage across the region and contribute to identifying portfolio optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and European stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities and information.
• Support the development of short- and long-term demand generation strategies through market research, customer needs assessments, and customer and sales history analysis.
• Contribute to pricing activities with Regional Marketing Leaders, including value-pricing initiatives.
• Support the Ecolab sales force with sales tools, training materials, competitive intelligence and actionable reporting.
• Gain exposure to different areas of marketing, including product marketing, strategic marketing, commercial marketing and marketing communications.
