Responsible for defining, evolving, and executing product features, acting as a bridge between business areas and technical teams. The role involves continuously collaborating with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, as well as with technical leaders to ensure the feasibility and proper implementation of solutions.

Responsible for translating business objectives and requirements into clear, detailed, and prioritized functional specifications that serve as a guide for the development team. Additionally, oversees the entire feature development lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards and deliver real value to the end user.

Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the product strategy and effectively address identified needs, guaranteeing proper functional coverage. Also participates in continuous process improvement, incident management, and service optimization, contributing to the product's long-term evolution and sustainability.

Must ensure the proper delivery of the product service, compliance with SLAs, and monitoring of incident coordination.

Main duties and requirements.

Ensure alignment of functional requirements with the product vision and strategy, as well as with the architecture defined for the verticalized business domain.

Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and facilitating decision-making.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications, ensuring their clarity, completeness, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand business needs and define the functional requirements that will be implemented by developers, working alongside the business product lead and the technical product lead.

• Validate that developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
• Ensure deliverables provide value to the business and the end user.
• Provide support to the development team during feature implementation.
• Resolve functional questions and ensure the correct interpretation of requirements.
• Participate in identifying improvements to processes and the product.
• Manage incidents and optimize service performance.
• Contribute to the long-term evolution and sustainability of the product.
• Oversee the evolution of features from definition through to production release.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, and feasibility.
• Ensure the proper delivery of the service associated with the product.
• Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate incident resolution within committed timeframes.
• Identify service deviations and promote corrective actions and continuous improvement.
