Junior Functional Analyst

🚀 We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst!

You will join a team where you will collaborate with senior functional analysts and technology teams to transform business needs into functional solutions.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate in the definition and documentation of business processes from end to end.
• Work with IT teams to clarify and validate functional requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate in the preparation and execution of functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in project monitoring, reporting, and coordination with different teams.

• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
• Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, preferably wholesale banking.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, REST services, and databases is valued.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate in an international environment.
• English level B2 or higher.

• Internships or between 1 and 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX), fixed income, interest rates, derivatives, or structured products.
• Experience in capital markets or corporate and investment banking (CIB).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools.
