Main duties and requirements.

• Define the data management strategy in your domain, establishing a roadmap focused on quality, efficiency, and value
• Act as the point of contact between business and analytics, ensuring the correct identification and understanding of needs
• Advise business areas on the definition and implementation of data-driven solutions
• Represent the data domain in strategic initiatives and projects
• Identify opportunities for optimization and maximization of data value
• Analyze and validate operational requirements, defining flows, business rules, and functional needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate needs into robust analytical solutions
• Promote data governance models, including policies, standards, quality, and catalog
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
• Evaluate visualization and analytics needs, ensuring appropriate tools and models
• Monitor data quality and propose continuous improvements
• Facilitate the adoption of data technologies such as Data Lake, Data Pipelines, or Data Warehouses
• Define KPIs and metrics that support strategic decision-making and initiative tracking
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering best practices and a data-driven culture
