The role

What you'll do

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage correspondence.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including office supplies and maintenance services.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team.
Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate office purchasing.
Organize business travel for executives, including itineraries and bookings.
Coordinate the logistics of corporate events and public relations activities.
Support the development of organizational initiatives and procedures.
Provide support to the CEO with specific tasks.

SOFT SKILLS

Assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to express and defend viewpoints and effectively manage situations involving stakeholders at different levels of responsibility and seniority.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
