What you'll get

The role

At Page Group, we are looking for a Site Manager profile to join our client's offices located in Madrid.

What you'll do

FUNCTIONS

Integral management of passive protection projects, from the offer to the completion of the works.
Preparation of measurements, budgets, and technical-economic offers.
Coordination of operators, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Direct relationship with clients, incident resolution, and project monitoring.
Supervision of execution and economic control of the project.
Preparation of final technical documentation and support in the legalization of installations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

REQUIREMENTS

Technical training: Building Surveyor, Technical Architect, Architect, Construction Engineer, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or Public Works Engineer.
Minimum of 3 years of experience on-site, with on-site experience and experience dealing with operators.
Driver's license.
Social and commercial skills, capacity for conciliation and conflict resolution.
Adaptability, creativity, resilience, and honesty.

Desirable: experience in passive protection, or in related sectors such as plasterboard, mortars, paints, or coatings.
