What you'll do
·Monitor GMP services at the plant.
·Actively participate in qualification/validation projects for equipment and GMP systems, providing the Quality Assurance perspective.
·Ensure that quality systems directly related to facilities, services, equipment, automated equipment, and distributed control systems ISA 95 level 1 are managed in accordance with established quality standards.
·Provide technical and quality advice to the Maintenance and Engineering areas to achieve continuous improvement and ensure functional excellence.
·Ensure that facilities, services, equipment (both plant and Quality Control Laboratory), with and without automation, and distributed control systems ISA 95 level 1 remain validated throughout their entire life cycle by participating in periodic review processes and change management.
