What we're looking for

Be currently pursuing a university degree or Master's in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce, or equivalent fields.
Possibility of signing a collaboration agreement with an accredited educational center.

What you'll do

You will learn all the tasks specific to managing a store department:

Accompany a manager in the daily management of the department, actively participating in its key functions.
Review the commercial plan, analyzing data and contributing to actions to achieve objectives.
Collaborate in strategic team meetings, fostering communication and alignment with department goals.
Participate in decisions on orders and product placement (visual merchandising), ensuring an attractive and effective presentation of products.
Provide support in complying with operational, safety, and environmental regulations.
Offering an exceptional experience to customers, working alongside your colleagues to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty.
