· Participating in the implementation and review of selection, training, and development policies at the head office and centers.

· Collaborating in the preparation of the Annual Training Plan and its implementation.

· Advising, training, and informing HR Technicians and Administrative staff in their areas of competence.

· Managing internship collaboration agreements with Universities, official bodies, and other public and private training entities at the head office and centers, as well as with external professional service providers.

· Preparing the reports required within their areas of activity.
