Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Systems Informatics, Telecommunications, or equivalent
- 2 years in projects related to Industrial IT and the maintenance of communications infrastructure and architecture
- Knowledge of Communications Architecture
- Networks from Layer 2 onwards
- Configuration of Switches, Firewalls and Routers
- Knowledge of network services (DNS, etc.)
- Driving License B and possibility of traveling within the national territory
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Architectures and SD-WAN
- Intermediate-high level of English (B2)

Currently, for our Madrid headquarters, we are looking for an IT Expert in Communications
Provide IT/communications support to ENGIE's industrial facilities in Spain, as support for Business needs
What you'll do
- Participate by providing the technical specifications used in the construction of new facilities.
- Supervise and maintain the good condition of the equipment (communications and network elements, servers, etc.), as well as their configuration
- Perform the deployment of communication networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) according to the needs and objectives of the company.
- Monitor the integrity and performance of the network, monitoring traffic, resource usage, availability, and quality of service.
- Resolve Incidents, both remotely and on-site.
- Perform the maintenance of documentation relating to projects (hardware/Software)
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of Health and Safety, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance policies, as well as the procedures and processes defined by the organization.
