• Collaborate with the team in the management of assigned selection processes.
• Manage internships with universities, business schools, and apprenticeships with trade schools.
• Post job offers on job portals such as Infojobs and LinkedIn.
• Actively search for candidates and select suitable profiles.
• Perform CV screening and in-person/online interviews with candidates.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Prepare and attend job fairs.
• Administratively manage the processes.

• Students or recent graduates in Psychology, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of Office.
• High level of English (B2-C1).
• We look for good communication skills, proactivity, orientation toward quality, adaptability and, above all, curiosity and a desire to learn.

• Paid internships from 6 months to 1 year
• Schedule: full-time (M to Th: full-time. F: intensive) // Intensive summer schedule from M to F during the months of July and August.
• 50% hybrid work model after the first three months.
