We are looking for a person who understands the value that international experiences have in professional development and who wants to contribute to accompanying young STEM professionals in one of the most important stages of their career: their transition towards international opportunities within a global infrastructure company.
You will be part of the Talent Hub, integrating into the STEM Young Talent Office, the team responsible for accompanying the development of our international community of high-potential young professionals (iXPA).
You will actively participate in the integral management of our participants' talent cycle, from attraction and selection to their professional development and internationalization, contributing to young STEM professionals building global careers in high-impact infrastructure projects.
