The Shift Supervisor will have to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper functioning of production operations during their shift, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate and supervise the production process during the shift.
• Plan and distribute workloads among the assigned staff.
• Monitor compliance with the production schedule.
• Supervise process parameters, production times, and yields.
• Detect technical or production issues and manage their resolution.
• Direct, organize, and motivate the shift production staff.

El Jefe de turno tendrá que supervisar, coordinar y garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones productivas durante su turno, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, productividad y respeto medioambiental.

• Coordinar y supervisar el proceso productivo durante el turno.
• Planificar y distribuir cargas de trabajo entre el personal asignado.
• Controlar el cumplimiento del programa de fabricación.
• Supervisar parámetros de proceso, tiempos de producción y rendimientos.
• Detectar incidencias técnicas o productivas y gestionar su resolución.
• Dirigir, organizar y motivar al personal de producción del turno.

• Valorable tener formación química y/o industrial o aportar años de experiencia en funciones y secotr.
• Disponer de carnet y experiencia en conducción de carretillas elevadoras frontales.
• Experiencia en supervisión de equipos industriales.
