What you'll do

The Shift Supervisor will have to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper functioning of production operations during their shift, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and environmental standards.

Coordinate and supervise the production process during the shift.
Plan and distribute workloads among the assigned personnel.
Control the compliance with the manufacturing schedule.
Supervise process parameters, production times, and yields.
Detect technical or production incidents and manage their resolution.
Direct, organize, and motivate the shift production staff.
