The role

At ESTEVE, we are looking to bring in a Trainee for the Global Data Integrity & Computer Software Assurance (DI & CSA) team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to acquire practical experience in a key area of Pharmaceutical Quality, participating in digital transformation projects and understanding how data integrity and computerized system assurance principles are applied in regulated environments.

You will work in an international, dynamic, and collaborative environment, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes and the strengthening of the data integrity culture throughout the organization.

What you'll do

  • Provide support to the department in the monitoring and documentation of CAPAs, deviations, and change controls using TrackWise.
  • Participate in the execution of computerized system validation activities, in accordance with CSA and GxP principles.
  • Collaborate in the maintenance and improvement of the Global DI & CSA Management System (procedures, tools, and training materials).
  • Contribute to the implementation and deployment of digital validation tools, working together with global and local teams.
  • Support the organization of training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong culture of quality and data integrity.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the monitoring of indicators and continuous improvement projects.
