• You are a student of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration + Technology or related fields.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and innovative technologies (Copilot, ChatGPT, ML models, etc.) is valuable.
• You handle Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level (experience with reporting tools such as Power BI will be valued).
• You have an advanced level of English and the ability to communicate in a professional environment.
• You define yourself as a communicative, organized person with an analytical orientation and ease in working with data.
• You stand out for your communication and synthesis skills.

The AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) leads the strategy, governance, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the company, ensuring responsible, scalable use aligned with business objectives. We are looking for a Trainee to support the AI CoE activities, collaborating on use case management, AI adoption analysis, and support for governance and Responsible AI initiatives, as well as in communicating and driving the use of AI throughout the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real AI projects within a multinational corporate environment.

• Manage AI use cases - You will review, document, and keep the inventory of use cases up to date; analyze their status, impact, and evolution; and support prioritization and tracking within the AI Funnel.

• Analyze AI activity - You will evaluate adoption, usage, and value indicators of initiatives; extract insights from corporate data and tools; and identify improvement opportunities and new use cases.

• Collaborate with users and business areas - You will interact with key users to understand how they apply AI in their processes.

• Drive adoption and migration to corporate tools - You will collaborate in the migration of AI solutions to internal platforms (such as Copilot or other corporate tools) and help standardize their use according to the AI CoE architecture.

• Support Governance and Responsible AI activities - You will participate in control, monitoring, and tracking tasks of initiatives; collaborate in the application of Responsible AI policies; and identify and document risks associated with use cases.

• Prepare reporting and communication - You will prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on the status of use cases; synthesize information for technical and business stakeholders; and support the preparation of content for committees (AI CoE, Responsible AI, etc.).

• Drive communication and adoption - You will support communication and promotion initiatives for AI use; collaborate in the creation and maintenance of dissemination spaces (SharePoint, repositories, etc.); and support training and adoption campaigns.
