The role

We need a Customer Service Export professional to work for a company in the chemical sector, located in the Maçanet de la Selva area, to perform the following functions:

- Customer service and advice for both national and international clients.

- Integral management of orders from receipt to final delivery.

- Monitoring of manufacturing deadlines and dispatch of chemical products.

- Coordination with the production, laboratory, quality, and logistics departments.

- Resolution of incidents related to orders, transport, or product quality.

- Preparation and follow-up of commercial offers.

- Management of technical and commercial documentation (technical and safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, etc.).

- Updating of customer and order information in the ERP.

- Communication of delivery deadlines, availability, and order status.

- Management of returns, claims, and non-conformities.

- Administrative support to the sales team.

- Verification of prices, commercial conditions, and invoicing.

- Monitoring of service levels and customer satisfaction.

- Management of documentation related to chemical product transport regulations.

- Collaboration in demand planning and forecasting of customer needs.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

Minimum experience of 2 years in identical or similar tasks.
We are looking for an active, discreet, well-mannered person who is eager to be part of the project.
