Agricultural and operational management:
- Plan and execute agricultural tasks across the different farms.
- Supervise the status and evolution of the crops.
- Coordinate land preparation, sowing, phytosanitary treatments, pruning, and harvesting tasks.
- Perform daily monitoring of the farms' needs.
Agricultural machinery handling:
- Drive and operate tractors and agricultural implements.
- Execute tillage, treatment, and internal transport tasks.
- Perform basic inspections and preventive maintenance of the machinery.
- Detect and resolve first-level mechanical issues.
Personnel organization and supervision:
- Coordinate and supervise temporary workers during pruning and harvesting campaigns.

- Control attendance and the daily organization of work teams.
Farm control and monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with the owner's instructions.
- Report on incidents, needs, and crop evolution.
