What we're looking for

Agricultural Technical Engineer.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Technical Agricultural Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, or equivalent training.
Previous experience as a Field Technician in fruit tree crops.
Experience in coordinating and leading field teams.
Planning, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
Availability to work in the Benalup-Casas Viejas area (Cádiz).
Driving license B.

The role

We are looking for a Field Technician with experience in fruit tree crops to manage agricultural operations in the Benalup-Casas Viejas area (Cádiz). You will be responsible for executing the strategy defined by the Agricultural Management team, ensuring proper crop development and leading field teams.

What you'll do

Execute in the field the guidelines and decisions defined by Agricultural Management.
Coordinate and lead teams of agricultural workers.
Plan and control irrigation and fertigation tasks.
Supervise the fertilization programs of the farms.
Manage and coordinate harvest campaigns.
Organize and supervise pruning work.
Carry out agronomic monitoring of the plantations and detect any issues.
Ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
Prepare reports on crop monitoring and development.
Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure production goals are met.
Collaborate closely with the rest of the technical team to optimize farm performance.
