What we're looking for

Previous experience leading work teams in agricultural, industrial, or logistical environments, with the ability to coordinate large groups of people and manage daily operations efficiently.
Profile with leadership, organization, and decision-making skills, capable of maintaining high levels of productivity and quality during high-activity campaigns.
A resourceful person, with good communication skills and a results orientation, accustomed to working in the field and managing operational incidents.
Availability to travel according to the needs of the campaign and adaptation to dynamic work environments.

Nice to have

Experience in fruit harvesting, especially in high-volume crops, as well as in the supervision of crews and intermediate managers, will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a Field Technician to coordinate and supervise teams of between 50 and 100 people during the avocado harvesting campaign, ensuring the correct planning and execution of field operations. The position offers the opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a growing company.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate daily harvesting tasks, ensuring compliance with production and quality objectives.
Lead teams of between 50 and 100 people, organizing resources, shifts, and the operational needs of the campaign.
Monitor crew performance, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Coordinate intermediate managers and manage operational incidents during the campaign.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good agricultural practices.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize harvest planning and execution.
Guarantee fluid communication with the team, fostering an organized and results-oriented work environment.
