Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in spare parts management or warehousing in the automotive or heavy vehicle sector.
Experience with stock management, ERP systems, and office software; knowledge of spare parts management systems and CRM will be valued.
We are looking for someone with organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.
A valid driving licence (category B) and availability for occasional travel within the assigned area.
Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Living near the workplace is valued.

Education & certifications

A vocational qualification (Intermediate or Higher Level Training Cycle) in Automotive, Logistics, or related technical training.

Languages

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

The role

We are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist for a company in the automotive sector located in Córdoba. The selected candidate will carry out the following functions:

What you'll do

- Reception, identification, and stock control of spare parts; management of entries and exits and verification of correct physical location.

- Technical assistance and advice to customers, fleets, professionals, and the workshop team regarding references, compatibilities, and delivery times.

- Preparation and dispatch of orders, coordination with transport, and control of commercial documentation and delivery notes.

- Purchasing management and stock replenishment: placing orders with suppliers and following up to ensure agreed deadlines and conditions.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
