Parts Specialist | Automotive or Industrial Vehicle

From Nortempo Selección we are looking for an Automotive or Industrial Vehicle Parts Specialist to join a company located in Abrera, a reference in the industrial vehicle sector in Catalonia. The company specializes in the commercialization, after-sales service, and mechanical maintenance and repair, as well as the supply of spare parts for industrial vehicles, offering comprehensive solutions to its clients through a professional team.

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and supplying spare parts using an electronic catalog.

• Assisting customers both by phone and at the counter.

• Managing the entire order cycle: request, receipt, verification, placement, and delivery.

• Controlling stock, conducting inventories, and managing replenishments.

• Preparing delivery notes, logistics documentation, and supporting basic invoicing.

• Keeping the warehouse organized and ensuring the correct traceability of materials.

• Managing returns, warranties, and tracking urgent orders.

-Permanent contract.

-Salary between €28,000 and €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

-Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

-Regular use of computer tools.

-B driver's license.

Desde Nortempo Selección estamos buscando un/a Recambista de Automoción o Vehículo Industrial para incorporarse a una empresa ubicada en Abrera, referente del sector de los vehículos industriales en Cataluña. La compañía está especializada en la comercialización, el servicio posventa y mantenimiento y reparación mecánica, el suministro de recambios para vehículos industriales, ofreciendo soluciones integrales a sus clientes a través de un equipo profesional.

En tu día a día te encargarás de:

• Identificar y suministrar recambios mediante catálogo electrónico.

• Atender a clientes tanto telefónicamente como en mostrador.

• Gestionar el ciclo completo de los pedidos: solicitud, recepción, comprobación, ubicación y entrega.

• Controlar el stock, realizar inventarios y gestionar reposiciones.

• Preparar albaranes, documentación logística y apoyo en facturación básica.

• Mantener el almacén organizado garantizando la correcta trazabilidad del material.

• Gestionar devoluciones, garantías y el seguimiento de pedidos urgentes.

-Contrato indefinido.

-Salario entre 28.000 € y 30.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia.

-Jornada completa de lunes a viernes, de 08:00 a 13:00 y de 14:00 a 17:00.
