🎯 What is your mission?

Providing support to the Quality Assurance & Environment and Production departments through the management, recording, and monitoring of operational incidents detected in production activities, ensuring proper traceability of information, progress on defined actions, and coordination among the involved areas.

Acting as a liaison between Production and Quality to facilitate agile and effective incident management, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities, trend analysis, and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, reducing the recurrence of deviations, and strengthening the company's continuous improvement culture.

  • Recording and managing incidents detected in the Production area in corporate tools, ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and updating of information.

  • Performing daily follow-up on open incidents, monitoring resolution deadlines, and ensuring their status is updated.

  • Coordinating the collection of information with Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and other involved departments to facilitate incident management and resolution.

  • Providing support in investigating and documenting the causes of incidents, collaborating on the definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Following up on action plans derived from incidents, internal and external claims, and improvement opportunities, promoting their completion within established deadlines.

  • Preparing and updating reports and indicators related to incidents, corrective actions, and quality trends.

  • Identifying recurring incidents and collaborating on proposing improvements aimed at reducing their frequency and minimizing their impact on operations.

  • Participating in follow-up meetings between Production and Quality Assurance & Environment, recording agreements and monitoring assigned actions.

  • Keeping documentation related to incidents up to date and ensuring compliance with established internal procedures.

  • Collaborating on continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing production processes, strengthening the quality culture, and improving coordination between departments.

  • Providing support in data analysis and preparing information for audits, internal reviews, and monitoring of area indicators.
