We are looking for a Technical Celonis Consultant to fill a role focused on managing extractors, configuring connections, supporting pipelines, troubleshooting, and maintaining the platform. This profile will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of the Celonis ecosystem, optimizing extractions, technical modeling, and business support.
What you'll do
- Management and maintenance of Extractor Servers (Windows/Linux).
- Configuration and management of connections between servers and source systems
- Management of certificates, keys, authentication (SSO / OAuth2).
- Monitoring of connectivity, service status, technical logs, and availability.
- Management of workspaces, users, roles, and permissions in Celonis.
- Testing and validation of pipelines after reconfigurations or infrastructure changes.
- Documentation of technical dependencies and connectivity between systems.
- Initial configuration and startup of components connected to Celonis
- Installation and adjustments of extractors, connections, and pipelines.
- Execution of minor updates, patches, and subsequent validation.
- Regression testing to ensure proper operation after technical changes.
- Diagnosis and resolution of extraction failures
- Execution of reprocesses, resets, manual loads, and automation of retries.
- Management of incidents with Celonis
- Documentation of incidents and corrective actions
