We are looking for a Technical Celonis Consultant to fill a role focused on managing extractors, configuring connections, supporting pipelines, troubleshooting, and maintaining the platform. This profile will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of the Celonis ecosystem, optimizing extractions, technical modeling, and business support.

• Management and maintenance of Extractor Servers (Windows/Linux).
• Configuration and management of connections between servers and source systems
• Management of certificates, keys, authentication (SSO / OAuth2).
• Monitoring of connectivity, service status, technical logs, and availability.
• Management of workspaces, users, roles, and permissions in Celonis.
• Testing and validation of pipelines after reconfigurations or infrastructure changes.
• Documentation of technical dependencies and connectivity between systems.
• Initial configuration and startup of components connected to Celonis
• Installation and adjustments of extractors, connections, and pipelines.
• Execution of minor updates, patches, and subsequent validation.
• Regression testing to ensure proper operation after technical changes.
• Diagnosis and resolution of extraction failures
• Execution of reprocesses, resets, manual loads, and automation of retries.
• Management of incidents with Celonis
• Documentation of incidents and corrective actions

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Celonis on real projects and in production environments.
• Celonis (Data Model, Analysis, Dashboards).
• Modeling of event logs (case ID, activity, timestamps, attributes).
• SQL and data transformation logic.
• Integration with transactional systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Concepts of continuous improvement and process efficiency.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.

Buscamos un Consultor/ Técnico Celonis para cubrir un rol técnico centrado en la gestión de extractores, configuración de conexiones, soporte de pipelines, troubleshooting y mantenimiento de la plataforma. Este perfil será responsable de asegurar la continuidad operativa del ecosistema Celonis, optimizando extracciones, modelado técnico y soporte a negocio.

• Gestión y mantenimiento de Extractor Servers (Windows/Linux).
• Configuración y gestión de conexiones entre servidores y sistemas origen
• Gestión de certificados, claves, autenticación (SSO / OAuth2).
• Supervisión de conectividad, estado de servicios, logs técnicos y disponibilidad.
• Administración de workspaces, usuarios, roles y permisos en Celonis.
• Pruebas y validación de pipelines tras reconfiguraciones o cambios de infraestructura.
• Documentación de dependencias técnicas y conectividad entre sistemas.
• Configuración inicial y puesta en marcha de componentes conectados con Celonis
• Instalación y ajustes de extractores, conexiones y pipelines.
• Ejecución de actualizaciones menores, parches y validación posterior.
• Pruebas de regresión para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento tras cambios técnicos.
• Diagnóstico y resolución de fallos en extracciones
• Ejecución de reprocesos, resets, cargas manuales y automatización de reintentos.
• Gestión de incidencias con Celonis
• Documentación de incidencias y acciones correctivas

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia trabajando con Celonis en proyectos reales y entornos productivos.
• Celonis (Data Model, Analysis, Dashboards).
• Modelado de event logs (case ID, activity, timestamps, atributos).
• SQL y lógica de transformación de datos.
• Integración con sistemas transaccionales (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Conceptos de mejora continua y eficiencia de procesos.

• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Industrial, Sistemas o similar.
