The role

Job description

From the P&PD engineering department (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for an MES Consultant with experience in the Central Area for one of our clients based in Madrid.

Oriented towards Industry, manufacturing environments:

Industrial processes: Machining, presses, injection, boilermaking, casting, assembly, packaging.
Logistics Processes: Raw Material entry, shipping, and work in progress. Logistics flow management.
Quality Processes: Self-controls, floating controls, non-conformity management.
Maintenance Processes: Industrial maintenance oriented towards machine availability and efficiency.
Management Processes: ERP World. MRP, Planning, product structure, routes, materials, MES, MOM…

Oriented towards process improvement:

LEAN knowledge for industrial process improvement: Traceability, shrinkage, work in progress, OEE calculation, and other LEAN KPIs.

Oriented towards technology and technological trends:

SQL knowledge in stored procedures and knowledge of communication standards with PLCs (Siemens S71200), OPC.
Related knowledge: Industry 4.0, Collaborative Robotics, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence & Analytics, Machine Learning, FingerPrint, among others.

Desired knowledge: Excellent resource and project management skills

Desired profile

We are looking for a person who wants to grow professionally into a Project Manager, leading teams.

We do not rule out people with between 2 and 6 years of experience.
