It is not necessary to know the specific application from the start, as the company will provide training. We are looking for a person with the capacity to learn, attention to detail, and a vocation to develop a long-term specialization within the organization.
We are looking for a professional to manage and maintain the technical information of a key application used in the configuration and budgeting of industrial systems. The selected person will be responsible for the parameterization of new products, validation of configurations, user support, and coordination with different departments to guarantee the quality and reliability of the data.
Manage and maintain the technical database of the application, ensuring the quality, consistency, and updating of the information.
Incorporate new profiles, accessories, references, series, and systems developed by the company.
Parameterize technical solutions and validate their correct functioning before publication.
Perform functional tests to verify calculations, compatibilities, part lists, and configurations.
Provide support to internal and external users, resolving queries and incidents related to the tool.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, change logs, and support materials.
Coordinate with the Technical Office, IT, Commercial, and other involved departments.
Detect opportunities for improvement in processes, data, and the application's operation.
Guarantee the traceability of modifications made and the correct maintenance of technical information.
