What you'll get

Contract: Permanent / Stable full-time position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00) with flexible hours.

Remuneration: €22,500 gross/year fixed + an annual variable incentive of €1,000 gross linked to the achievement of the position's KPIs.

What you'll do

Main functions and responsibilities

Document management and organization: reception, classification, digitization, and rigorous filing of accounting, tax, and commercial documentation.

Systematic processing and verification of delivery notes, orders, and administrative correspondence.

Billing cycle: issuance, control, and orderly sending of invoices to clients.

Reception, validation against delivery note/order, and registration of supplier and creditor invoices.

Data management and entry in accounting software: precise and daily mechanization and entry of accounting entries.

Requirements

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, International Trade, or Transport and Logistics.

A very methodical, orderly, structured, and meticulous person, with the ability to prioritize tasks and keep documentation up to date at all times.

Demonstrable experience in the administration departments of SMEs performing billing, accounting mechanization, and document management functions.

Knowledge of English (not essential, but highly valued).

Residency in the area/town of the position or a nearby region.
