What we're looking for
Minimum requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service positions.
- Technical competencies: Habitual proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email).
- Residence: Alcantarilla, Murcia, or surrounding areas with the possibility of commuting to the Polígono Industrial Oeste.
Nice to have
- Valuable requirements (Highly desirable):
- Previous specific experience in customer service within marketplaces.
- Handling of the Odoo ERP.
- Medium-high level of English or other EU languages.
The role
At Faster Empleo, we are selecting a Customer Service Manager for Marketplace to join us on a temporary basis during the intensive campaign from early November 2026 until late January 2027 at our client's facilities in P.I. Oeste (Alcantarilla).
What you'll do
Guarantee customer satisfaction through sales channels on digital platforms, maintaining the quality standards (performance) required by the different marketplaces.
Main responsibilities:
- Customer service via the internal messaging systems of each marketplace (Amazon, etc.).
- Comprehensive incident management: returns, claims, and monitoring of negative ratings.
- Control and monitoring of the service performance metrics on each platform.
- Management and organization of the department's corporate email.
- Transfer and channeling of invoices generated by the marketplaces to the accounting department.
