- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Office, mainly Microsoft Excel.

The role
What you'll do
What will your main duties be?
- You will process customer registrations.
- You will manage and follow up on orders from assigned customers from receipt of the
order through to delivery and invoicing.
- You will inform sales staff and customers about stock shortages, incidents, or product availability.
- You will handle any issues that may arise with orders.
- You will address customer inquiries regarding their orders, as well as support the sales team in following up on them.
- You will manage the agreements established between the sales representative and customers.
- You will report regularly to the supply chain manager.
