Electrical Foreman

At FCC Industrial, we are looking to hire an Electrical Foreman to participate in the execution of the installations for the Tenerife Insular Ring project, a benchmark project within the infrastructure and construction field.

We are looking for professionals with site experience, leadership capacity, and a passion for doing a job well, who want to take on a key role in the correct execution of the installations.

Reporting to the Installations Technician, the selected person will be responsible for:

Supervising the execution of Medium and Low Voltage electrical installations.

Coordinating lighting, power, control, telecommunications, public address, and special systems work.

Managing own personnel and subcontracting companies.

Performing site layouts and measurements.

Controlling the correct execution of the work, deadlines, and planning.

Preparing breakdowns and performing monitoring of the installations.

Providing technical support to subcontractors and the client during the execution of the project.

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity, Electrotechnics, or a related field.

Previous experience in the coordination and supervision of electrical installations on site.

Experience managing work teams and/or subcontractors.

Knowledge of LV, MV installations or associated systems.

Organizational skills, leadership, and results orientation.

Nice to have

Experience in infrastructure projects, civil engineering, tunnels, or industrial installations.

Residence in the Canary Islands or availability to relocate.
