What we're looking for

• Minimum training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle.

• Previous experience working with people with disabilities.

• B driving license and own vehicle.

• Availability for daily itinerancy between areas of Gran Canaria and to make periodic scheduled trips to the island of Fuerteventura.

• Proficiency in office tools at an intermediate level (Excel, Word) and fluency in corporate applications.

Nice to have

• Training in the social area (Social Integration, Social Work, etc.) or vocational training linked to the cleaning and/or gardening area will be highly valued.

• It is highly valued to have served as a Supervisor or Middle Manager in Special Employment Centers or service companies.

• Having a certificate equal to or greater than 33% is valuable.

At FCC EQUAL Canarias CEE, we work daily for the social and labor inclusion of people with functional diversity. We are looking to incorporate a Middle Manager - Technician for our Support Unit into our team to provide coverage and operational support to our expanding services in the province of Las Palmas (Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura).

Reporting directly to Management, you will be responsible for the organization, supervision, and socio-labor adjustment of personnel with disabilities assigned to our various contracts. Your role will be fundamentally operational and itinerant, guaranteeing both the technical compliance of the services and the necessary support for the well-being of the workforce.

What you'll do

• Organization, control, and supervision of the development of professional activity in the different services.

• Organization of rosters, assignment of tasks to personnel in charge, control of absences, and resolution of incidents/conflicts in the assigned centers in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.

• Analysis of the job position and support needs to promote the autonomy of personnel. Accompanying the adaptation process and executing the supports established by the Support Unit.

• Coordination and execution of team mobility, including the displacement of operators from one service to another according to production needs.

• Verification of compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, quality, environment, and work processes.

• Requesting material through corporate IT applications and controlling the consumption of the contracts.
