What you'll do

Creation and management of selection processes, onboarding, and worker support during the incorporation process
Accompanying people with disabilities in the work environment and client companies to ensure the effective inclusion of people with disabilities.
Control and monitoring of hired personnel: vacations, IT sick leave, leaves of absence, detection of training needs, support, and conflict resolution.
Proposal and management of the implementation of actions and changes for the adaptation of workstations.
Prospecting and fostering relationships with entities, foundations, associations, and companies for the active search of candidates in selection processes and different collaboration channels.
Coordination and processing with the OHS department. Supervision of the prevention plan and risk assessment. Promoting and integrating risk prevention and health within the company. Informing workers and supervising compliance with control programs.
Presentation and management of subsidies regarding salary costs and other subsidy lines for people with disabilities.
Identification of public calls, tenders, subsidies, contests, and projects to be submitted; supervision and execution of the same, as well as the preparation and review of justifications
Liaising with the different public employment services and public administrations.
Preparation of reports to report to the different departments and/or management.
