We are looking for an IT / OT / Vision Manager for the Northern Delegation with the aim of leading the comprehensive management of the delegation's technological systems, ensuring the availability, security, efficiency and evolution of the IT and OT infrastructure, as well as its alignment with the operational needs of the business.

The main duties will be:

Liaising with Operational and Delegation managers, as well as with the Delegation's clients and suppliers.

Implement the continuous improvements indicated by the Atlantic MA Zone.

Document technical procedures, configurations and user manuals.

Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies (LOPDGDD, ISO/IEC 27001, ENS).

Collaborate in the implementation of new technological solutions, including testing, documentation and user training.

Participate in digitalisation, automation or technological sustainability projects.

Manage the inventory of technological assets and coordinate with suppliers the maintenance or acquisition of equipment.

Provide first and second level technical support to internal users, resolving incidents related to hardware, software and connectivity.

Install, configure and update computer equipment, peripherals and corporate software.

Required education:

University Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems and/or related fields.

Desirable education:

University Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence.

Required experience:

1 year of professional experience.

Buscamos un/a Responsable de IT / OT / Vision para Delegación Norte con el objetivo de liderar la gestión integral de los sistemas tecnológicos de la delegación, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad, eficiencia y evolución de la infraestructura IT y OT, así como su alineación con las necesidades operativas del negocio.

Las funciones principales serán:

Interlocución con los responsables Operacionales y de la Delegación, así como con los clientes y proveedores de la Delegación.

Implantar las mejoras continuas indicadas desde la Zona Atlantic MA.

Documentar procedimientos técnicos, configuraciones y manuales de usuario.

Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad de la información y protección de datos (LOPDGDD, ISO/IEC 27001, ENS).

Colaborar en la implantación de nuevas soluciones tecnológicas, incluyendo pruebas, documentación y formación a usuarios/as.

Participar en proyectos de digitalización, automatización o sostenibilidad tecnológica.

Gestionar el inventario de activos tecnológicos y coordinar con proveedores el mantenimiento o adquisición de equipos.

Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel a usuarios/as internos/as, resolviendo incidencias relacionadas con hardware, software y conectividad.

Instalar, configurar y actualizar equipos informáticos, periféricos y software corporativo.

Estudios Universitarios de Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas y/o relacionados.
