The role

What you'll do

Organize and coordinate daily on-site work for industrial warehouses and logistics buildings.
Supervise the correct execution of work according to project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage in-house teams and subcontractors on site.
Monitor productivity, execution deadlines, and compliance with the established schedule.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site.
Manage the reception of materials and machinery, ensuring their proper use.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager in planning and monitoring site work.
Report on site progress, incidents, and technical needs to the project management.
Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work environment.

Previous experience as a Site Manager in industrial building, logistics, or similar projects.
