Minimum experience of 1 year in civil works projects, either as a First-Class Skilled Tradesperson or Foreman.
Knowledge of construction tools and machinery.
Availability to work in different locations within the province of Valencia.

Our story at Pavasal began with asphalt aggregates, and over time, we have grown to specialize in the construction and maintenance of roads, civil engineering projects, and industrial construction. At our Quart de Poblet branch, we want to bring in a person with experience in civil works as a Foreman.

The selected person will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various types of civil works projects, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and established deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize work at the construction site.
Supervise the performance of work teams.
Control the quality of the work carried out.
Resolve issues and problems that arise during the development of the project.
