An important company specialised in the repair and maintenance of industrial vehicles, an official service for a leading brand in the sector, is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager to lead its technical team and support a new stage of growth in La Seu d'Urgell.

You will be the person responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activity of the workshop, managing the team of mechanics and ensuring the quality of repairs and maintenance carried out on industrial vehicles.

The position will be taken on progressively alongside the current workshop manager, with the aim of facilitating adaptation to the role and subsequently taking on leadership of the team in new facilities that are currently under construction.

Main duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activity of the workshop.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 6 mechanics.
• Organize workloads, priorities, and repair times.
• Supervise diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of industrial vehicles (coaches, vans, trucks).
• Provide technical support to the team in complex incidents.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Participate in the training and technical development of staff.
• Collaborate in the setup and organization of the new workshop.
• Act as a liaison between management, the technical team, and customers when necessary.
