Job description

Do you have a solid track record as an industrial vehicle mechanic and experience leading teams? Are you motivated to be part of a growth project and take on the responsibility of a new workshop in full expansion?

An important company specialised in the repair and maintenance of industrial vehicles, an official service for a leading brand in the sector, is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager to lead its technical team and support a new stage of growth in La Seu d'Urgell.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activity of the workshop, managing the team of mechanics and ensuring the quality of repairs and maintenance carried out on industrial vehicles.

The position will be taken on progressively alongside the current workshop manager, with the aim of facilitating adaptation to the role and subsequently taking on leadership of the team in new facilities that are currently under construction.

Main duties

Knowledge of electronic diagnostics and new technologies applied to industrial automotive.

Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

A responsible, committed person with a long-term vision.

Interest in continuous training and technical updating.

Driving licence B is essential.

Holding a truck and/or bus licence is highly valued.
