Pay & benefits
What you'll get

The role
At Eulen Flexiplan, we collaborate with an important technology sector company in repairs and after-sales service, seeking Call Center Agents with Bilingual or Native level in several of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, English, Italian, Portuguese, and Turkish. (Depending on the specific vacancy).
We offer you the opportunity to work remotely in a call center for an important digital entertainment company.
Your mission, as part of the Customer Service department, will be:
- Customer service.
- Receiving incidents for resolution.
- Managing email.
- Handling Office tools.
