Product Innovation and Development Internship (Cosmetics)

• Currently studying for a Degree, Master's, or Higher Vocational Training in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Analytical Laboratory and Quality Control, Pharmaceutical Product Manufacturing, or similar studies linked to the cosmetic, scientific, or industrial sector

• Specific training in Cosmetic Industry, Dermopharmacy, or Regulatory Affairs is highly valued.

• Interest in product development and curiosity to understand how an idea becomes a real launch.

• Being an organized, meticulous person with attention to detail, capable of working with technical and documentary information.

• Ability to coordinate tasks and follow up on projects with different teams.

• Good command of Office tools (especially Excel) and ease in working with digital platforms.

• Proactivity and desire to propose process improvements.

• It is highly valued if you have completed internships previously performing similar functions.

• It is essential to be able to sign an internship agreement.

• It is essential to have availability to do the internship 3 days a week in person in Reus (Tarragona) and 2 days of remote work.

• Start date: first week of November.

· This is a paid internship position, at €780 gross/month for 40 hours per week (or the proportional amount if you work fewer hours), because we value your time and effort.

At Freshly, we are looking for an intern to join the Product Innovation team and participate in the development of new launches. You will be part of the complete process: from the technical organization of the product to the monitoring of prototypes, improvements, and regulatory changes.

Your mission will be to support the team in the management and coordination of new developments, ensuring that technical and documentary information is always up to date and well-structured.

You will collaborate with various internal teams and external suppliers so that each phase of development progresses as planned, and you will participate in the continuous improvement of processes that make it possible for products to reach the market successfully.

You will be an active part of the Product Innovation team, participating in the different phases of new product development. Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Accompany the development of new launches, ensuring that all technical product information is correctly structured and updated in our internal tools and regulatory platforms.

• Coordinate and follow up on ongoing projects, helping to keep timelines, key milestones, and documentation associated with each development up to date.

• Review and update packaging and labeling information, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers so that every detail complies with established requirements.

• Provide support in the management of prototypes and samples, participating in the monitoring of testing and feedback collection to validate new developments.

• Maintain order and documentary control related to product improvements, regulatory changes, and manufacturing processes.

• Propose improvements to internal processes, identifying opportunities to make work more agile, organized, and efficient.
