Store Specialist - Donosti (CC Garbera)

As part of the Freshly Team, your main mission as a Store Love Specialist will be to serve customers, take charge of the store's proper operation, manage the cash register and product stock so that everything meets Freshly's standards, all while conveying our philosophy, building connections with them, and offering them an extraordinary shopping experience.

· Serve and advise all visitors so that their in-store experience is as excellent as possible, ensuring the Freshly Store is open during scheduled hours.

· Know Freshly products, their most relevant ingredients, and how to use them.

· Discover customer needs and, together with your team, match those needs with the right products to achieve a personalized experience and sale in every case.

· Plan, adapt, and ensure the store's visual presentation.

· Ensure that products on display always meet product standards as set by Freshly, from oldest to newest expiration dates, clean and arranged according to the approved visual guidelines.

·Ensure that all materials and products in the store are always in perfect condition and appealing for customers to try and buy, keeping the store in exceptional shape.

·Define and review the content of new visual displays at key moments of new launches.

What will make you stand out?

· Previous experience in store management and customer service.

· Passion for personalized selling and customer relations.

· Native-level Spanish to communicate with store customers.

· Experience as a makeup artist is a plus.

Como parte del Freshly Team tu misión principal como Store Love Specialist será atender al cliente, encargándote del correcto funcionamiento de la tienda, gestionando la caja y el stock de productos para que todo esté según los estándares de Freshly y todo ello transmitiendo nuestra filosofía, creando vínculos con ellos y ofreciéndoles una experiencia de compra extraordinaria.

· Atender y asesorar a todas las personas que nos visiten para que su experiencia en la tienda sea lo más excelente posible garantizando que la Freshly Store está abierta en los horarios establecidos.

· Conocer los productos Freshly, sus ingredientes más relevantes y sus modos de empleo.

· Descubrir las necesidades del cliente y, junto a tu equipo, combinando esas necesidades con los productos adecuados logrando una experiencia y venta personalizada en cada caso.

· Planificar, adaptar y garantizar el visual de la tienda.

· Garantizar que el producto expuesto en la store siempre cumple con los estándares de producto estipulados en Freshly, de menor a mayor fecha de caducidad, limpios y colocados de acuerdo con el visual validado.

·Asegurar que todos los materiales y productos de la tienda siempre se encuentren en perfecto estado y resultan atractivos para probar y comprar manteniendo la tienda en condiciones excepcionales.

·Definir y revisar el contenido de la nueva cartelería visual en momentos puntuales de nuevos lanzamientos.

· Experiencia previa en gestión de tienda y atención al cliente.

· Pasión por la venta personalizada y el trato con el cliente.

· Nivel nativo de Español para poderte comunicar con los clientes de la Store.

· Valorable experiencia como maquillador/a.

· Nuestra manera de trabajar apuesta por la autonomía y la responsabilidad.
