In the People team, we are looking for an intern who wants to learn how recruitment works from the inside: from university relations to the first day of every new person at Freshly.

What you'll do

Recruitment: you will participate in the recruitment processes for interns and scholarship recipients joining Freshly. You will screen CVs, organize interviews, and conduct initial interviews. Gradually, you will manage processes from start to finish.
University and Vocational Training Center Relations: you will be the point of contact for educational centers and will ensure that internship agreements are in order (documentation, deadlines, and requirements).
Onboarding: you will prepare the arrival of new interns, coordinate their first day, and follow up during their time at Freshly.
Day-to-day of the People team: you will lend a hand in the organization, documentation, and monitoring of HR processes.
