Finance Accountant

• Receive, validate, and record invoices and provisions within your assigned scope (general expenses, fixed costs, marketing, assets, procurement, logistics, or sales)

• Actively participate in monthly and annual closings, ensuring the integrity of records and document traceability

• Prepare and keep updated the 3-month cash flow forecast for payments and collections, with traceability of the factors affecting it

• Manage and update customer and/or supplier profiles in Business Central, ensuring their correct tax and operational configuration

• Validate and reconcile payment gateways and payment methods (cards, POS terminals, factoring, bank accounts)

• Identify and implement efficiency initiatives with measurable impact on EBITDA or margins

• Coordinate and/or participate in annual audit projects

• Drive the improvement and automation of the invoice process and supplier/customer management

What will make you stand out?

• Experience in financial and management accounting under the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), with proficiency in cost center, project, and channel allocation

• Experience in end-to-end management of the billing cycle (customer and/or supplier): validation, accounting, provisions, and reconciliations

• Experience with ERP systems (ideally Business Central), including master data setup, third-party tax configuration, and document traceability

• Experience in bank reconciliation and reconciliation of payment gateways and standard collection/payment methods in e-commerce and retail

• Strong account analysis skills, analytical review of closings, and proficiency with budgeting control tools and reporting support

• Recepcionar, validar y contabilizar facturas y provisiones de tu perímetro asignado (gastos generales, costes fijos, marketing, activos, aprovisionamientos, logística o ventas)

• Participar activamente en los cierres mensuales y anuales, garantizando la integridad del registro y la trazabilidad documental

• Elaborar y mantener actualizada la previsión a 3 meses de pagos y/o cobros, con trazabilidad de las palancas que la afectan

• Gestionar y actualizar los perfiles de clientes y/o proveedores en Business Central asegurando su correcta configuración fiscal y operativa

• Validar y conciliar pasarelas de pago y medios de pago (tarjetas, TPVs, factoring, cuentas bancarias)

• Identificar e implantar iniciativas de eficiencia con impacto medible en EBITDA o márgenes

• Coordinar y/o participar en los proyectos de auditoría anual

• Impulsar la mejora y automatización del proceso de facturas y gestión de proveedores/clientes

¿Qué te hará marcar la diferencia?

• Experiencia en contabilidad financiera y analítica según PGC, con dominio de imputación por centro de coste, proyecto y canal

• Experiencia en gestión integral del ciclo de facturación (cliente y/o proveedor): validación, contabilización, provisiones y conciliaciones

• Experiencia con ERP (idealmente Business Central), incluyendo altas de maestros, configuración fiscal de terceros y trazabilidad documental

• Experiencia en conciliación bancaria y de pasarelas de pago y medios de cobro/pago habituales en e-commerce y retail

• Capacidad de análisis de cuentas, revisión analítica del cierre y manejo de herramientas de control presupuestario y soporte al reporting

· Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
