Requirements

What we're looking for

You have a degree in Computer Engineering, a technical higher vocational training (CFGS), or related studies.
You bring between 3 and 5 years of experience in software development, whether in consultancy or a client company.
You have experience in backend development with Node.js or Java/Spring Boot, as well as in REST API integration.
You have knowledge of SQL, data modeling, testing, and application debugging.
You are familiar with Git, code reviews, and agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
You know tools such as Docker and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Nice to have

You feel comfortable working with Angular or React/Next.js and are curious to explore new technologies.
Have a sensitivity for user experience (UI/UX) and enjoy creating intuitive applications.
Have worked with Kubernetes and automated testing.
Have experience integrating SAP/OData services or other corporate systems.
Know NoSQL databases and microservices architectures.
Have explored mobile application development with Ionic or React Native.
Already use artificial intelligence tools applied to development, including AI-assisted programming and agent orchestration.

The role

You will work hand in hand with Product Owners and the different business areas, collaborating on projects with various technologies and applications, always aligned with our technological architecture.

What you'll do

You will transform business needs into technological solutions, working hand in hand with Product Owners to understand challenges, contribute ideas, and propose viable solutions.
You will develop and evolve frontend and backend applications, with the autonomy to make technical decisions, following our architecture and standards for quality, security, and performance.
You will connect systems and applications, working with REST APIs and SAP services to ensure efficient integration.
You will ensure the quality of our solutions, performing testing, code reviews, and resolving incidents at their source to drive continuous improvement.
You will contribute to creating consistent and scalable solutions, applying web standards, our design system, and reusable components.
You will explore new ways of working, incorporating artificial intelligence tools into development in a critical and responsible manner.
You will participate in the entire application lifecycle, from development and deployment to maintenance, documentation, and evolution.
You will share knowledge and continue learning, collaborating with other teams, technologies, and providers to ensure the continuity and evolution of our solutions.
