Your mission will be to provide IT support to users to ensure the proper functioning of systems and equipment.

And what does the project involve? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are:

  • Resolving incidents and technical problems.
  • Installing and configuring equipment and software.
  • Maintaining and updating systems.
  • Managing networks and servers.
  • Providing remote and on-site assistance to users.
  • Documenting and tracking incidents.
  • Coordinating with other departments to solve complex problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tasks described above.
  • We require at least a vocational training qualification (Intermediate Level) in Computer Science.
  • You must have user support knowledge of:
  • Windows operating systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Office 365.
  • SharePoint.
  • OneDrive and other Microsoft cloud applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of peripherals (printers, cameras, industrial peripherals...).
  • Troubleshooting.

Additionally, we will consider basic knowledge of Active Directory environments, Windows Server 2008/2012, and associated services (DNS, DHCP, File Services – DFS, Print Services), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V…), and desktop and application virtualization (Citrix).
