Of course! We positively value having ITIL v4 certification or later, as well as having a high capacity for empathy with customer service, as well as rigor in following IT processes, since this will be necessary to ensure the correct management of incidents.
Additionally, we will consider basic knowledge of Active Directory environments, Windows Server 2008/2012, and associated services (DNS, DHCP, File Services – DFS, Print Services), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V…), and desktop and application virtualization (Citrix).

Your mission will be to provide IT support to users to ensure the proper functioning of systems and equipment.
And what does the project involve? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are:
What you'll do
- Resolving incidents and technical problems.
- Installing and configuring equipment and software.
- Maintaining and updating systems.
- Managing networks and servers.
- Providing remote and on-site assistance to users.
- Documenting and tracking incidents.
- Coordinating with other departments to solve complex problems.
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tasks described above.
- We require at least a vocational training qualification (Intermediate Level) in Computer Science.
- You must have user support knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office 365.
- SharePoint.
- OneDrive and other Microsoft cloud applications.
- Advanced knowledge of peripherals (printers, cameras, industrial peripherals...).
- Troubleshooting.
