Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Electricity, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or similar.
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance positions, preferably with team coordination functions.
Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics.
Experience in automated production lines and industrial machinery.
Ability to organize work, resolve incidents, and coordinate technical teams.

Nice to have

Previous experience in the food sector or in other similar industrial environments is valued.

The role

At Fritz&Muller, we are working with a leading company in the food sector that is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager to join its team.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating a small team of technicians and supervising the maintenance of the facilities, machinery, and automated production lines, ensuring their correct operation and minimizing incidents and production downtime.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise a team of between 1 and 5 people, organizing maintenance tasks and providing technical support when necessary.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery and production lines.
Supervise the maintenance of the plant's general facilities.
Manage and resolve technical incidents, identifying breakdowns and proposing solutions to reduce downtime.
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on industrial machinery.
Supervise the correct operation of the automated systems of production.
Work at heights is included when necessary.
