The role

At Fritz&Muller, we are collaborating with a leading company in the live music sector, featuring national tours and high-level in-house production. We are looking for a Tour Production Manager, a key position to guarantee the correct technical and operational execution of each tour, both during concerts and from the office.

What you'll do

On tour | 70%

Fully manage each event, coordinating and supervising the entire technical team during the tour.
Coordinate loading, unloading, setup, and teardown of concerts and rehearsals alongside the Production team.
Act as the direct point of contact with auditoriums and venues, serving as the link between the office and the venue's technical staff.
Supervise every space before, during, and after the concert: stage, dressing rooms, backstage, access points, and technical areas.
Prepare post-concert reports detailing incidents, detected needs, points for improvement, and proposed actions.
Hold weekly meetings with the technical team to analyze the status of the tour and anticipate needs.
Follow up on and resolve technical and operational incidents during rehearsals, setups, and concerts.
Maintain permanent coordination with Production to meet schedules, technical requirements, and planned operations.

In office / workplace | 30%

Provide support to the Production department in the planning and preparation of tours.
Manage production administrative tasks: budgets, bookings, purchases, and coordination with suppliers.
Prepare and send the roadmaps for each trip/concert.
Prepare, update, and follow up on the technical riders for each auditorium and venue.
Manage and update the inventory of technical and production equipment.
Organize and keep the warehouse/storage facility operational, ensuring correct storage and availability of material.
Control purchases, repairs, and maintenance of materials and equipment.
Detect and plan the material needs for each production and for the tour as a whole.
