What we're looking for

The role

At Fritz&Muller, we are collaborating with a prominent international company in the food sector, recognized for its innovation, quality, and commitment to sustainability, and we are looking for a Customer Service professional with English.

What you'll do

Processing and monitoring of national and international orders, ensuring the correct management of prices, deadlines, and commercial conditions.
Preparation and control of commercial documentation (offers, orders, delivery notes, certificates, and invoices), guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
Direct attention to international customers and partners, incident resolution, and query management, maintaining fluid communication with local and global commercial teams.
Collaboration with the commercial department in the preparation of reports, sales analysis, and supporting documentation.
Updating databases, maintaining records in the ERP, and coordination with the logistics, quality, and finance departments to ensure an efficient flow of information.
