What we're looking for

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B sales within industrial environments.
Experience in business development and account management.
Technical-commercial knowledge of pigments and dyes,
Good negotiation, communication, and influence skills.
Autonomous, commercial, and results-oriented profile.
Availability to travel within Spain and Portugal.
Fluent English. Fluent Spanish. Portuguese will be valued.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be valued.

Experience in the following will be especially valued: Masterbatches and compounds, paints and coatings, inks, Household & Personal Care, road signage, art materials, lubricants, fertilizers, pesticides, and other industrial applications that use colorants and pigments.

The role

At Fritz&Muller, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager for Iberia to join an international company specializing in colorants, pigments, and coloring solutions for industrial applications.

The person will be responsible for the commercial development of Spain and Portugal, based in Valencia, combining new business acquisition with the management and growth of the existing client portfolio.

The position will report directly to European Headquarters, maintaining frequent communication and actively participating in meetings, presentations, and coordination processes at an international level.

JOB PURPOSE: New business development and existing business management.

What you'll do

Develop and execute the commercial plan for Spain and Portugal.
Acquire new customers and develop business opportunities.
Manage and grow the existing client portfolio.
Conduct commercial visits and detect new opportunities.
Manage offers, pricing, samples, and commercial projects.
Analyze market, competition, and industry trends.
Participate in trade fairs and professional events.
Work together with internal teams to ensure good
customer service.
Monitor the pipeline, objectives, and commercial activity through CRM.
