Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, Engineering, or similar.
Consolidated experience in General Management, Operations Management, or executive leadership positions with responsibility over teams and results.
Profile with high execution capacity, oriented towards action and problem-solving.
Person with initiative, presence, communication skills, and the ability to generate relationships of trust both internally and externally.
Accustomed to operating in changing environments, making decisions with autonomy and finding solutions in an agile manner.
Experience in team, budget, and project management.
Residency in Seville or availability to establish residency in the city.

THE CLIENT

We are looking for a General Director to assume the executive leadership of a foundation, guaranteeing the correct execution of the strategy, operational management, and the development of new projects.

What you'll do

Among their main functions are:

Leading the daily management of the organization, ensuring the fulfillment of strategic and operational objectives.
Coordinating the team members.
Identifying new opportunities for collaboration, funding, and institutional development.
Representing the organization.
Leading the execution of strategic projects, performing continuous monitoring of their evolution and results.
Reporting periodically and ensuring fluid communication with management.
