The role

🔔We offer a position as a Legal and Tax Technician, for our central services in Marbella, Málaga.

You will work at Fuerte Group Hotels, a large family of top-level professionals with nearly 7 decades in the hotel industry that has grown in differentiated brands, especially in southern Spain.

We are looking for someone like you, who wants to put passion into their daily work, while we help you grow and offer you a new experience as part of a great team.

What you'll do

Your day-to-day will start to sound like this...

Collaborate on the tax and accounting consolidation of the group.
Prepare the individual and consolidated financial statements.
Resolve tax issues related to the operations of the group companies.
Collaborate on tax planning.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of commercial and tax structures, both nationally and internationally.
Handle requirements from the Tax Administration.
Manage corporate records (minutes of Shareholders' Meetings and Board Meetings).
Collaborate on tax and fiscal audits and inspections.
Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance (technical-legal) of new projects.
Coordinate work with lawyers and external advisors, nationally and internationally.
Coordinate data protection (LOPD) tasks with external advisors.
Collaborate on economic and administrative matters as assigned.
