🔔 We offer a SPA Technician position to work at El Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel founded by the company. It opened its doors in 1957 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in 2023 as a 5* hotel.

You will be responsible for performing massage techniques, aesthetic treatments and/or hair image and aesthetics, according to the treatments offered in the SPA-WELLNESS Center menu, taking into account the diagnosis and needs of the client, complying with established standards, in accordance with determined hygiene, safety, health, and quality criteria.
Your day-to-day will sound like this...
•Ensure the achievement of the established departmental objectives, as well as compliance with the critical processes and stage setups, in accordance with the standards established by the organization.
•Receive the client and settle them in the lounge, and/or in the assigned indoor and/or outdoor cabin to perform the selected treatment.
•Perform a diagnosis of the client's needs, if necessary.
•Advise clients on possible massage techniques, possible skin aesthetic treatments and/or changes in their personal image, through the aesthetic care and transformation of the hair, according to the client's request.
•Prepare the necessary elements for giving massages and work equipment, maintaining them in optimal conditions for their operation.
•Apply the different therapeutic massage techniques, haircuts, styling, color changes, manicure, pedicure, and aesthetic treatments offered in the SPA-WELLNESS Center menu, according to established protocol.
•Apply the work protocol defined in the SPA-WELLNESS Center.
•Perform the marketing, sale, and Upselling of products and treatments of the SPA-WELLNESS Center.
•Prepare, maintain, and care for the work areas of the SPA-WELLNESS Center.
•Attend to possible complaints and/or suggestions received from clients, passing the information to their immediate superior.
•Support in the performance of other common functional tasks of the Center such as: taking care of laundry, tidying cabins and changing rooms, performing the opening and/or closing of facilities, among other duties.
•Collaborate in the monitoring and compliance of the Operational Ambiance Manual.
