🔔 We are offering a Waiter/Waitress position to work at Amàre Hotels, adults-only hotels with an exciting combination of live music, exceptional cuisine, and sophisticated design in prime seaside locations.

Amàre Beach Hotel Sancti Petri, following the success of the brand in Ibiza and Marbella, the "Amàre universe" now creates its next destination: Sancti Petri, in Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz. With 352 rooms and its golden beaches, spectacular atmosphere, and dreamlike sunsets, it becomes the most exclusive enclave on the Costa de la Luz, with its idyllic sunsets and the flavor of authentic local cuisine.

The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing the service and sale of food and beverages at the different points of sale, ensuring a professional and quality service, as well as customer satisfaction, following the protocols and standards set by Fuerte Group.

Your day-to-day will start to sound like this...

🔲 Support and supervision: Welcome, accompany, advise, and see off the guest. Assist in preparing the work areas for service. Assist in preparing and setting up tables for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group in each case, and verify that all elements meet the standards. Assist in setting up and taking down the buffet, as well as serving at it. Assist in preparing and setting up special events, in coordination with the supervisor.

🔲 Execution and follow-up: Carry out the duties of guest service at the different points of sale. Take orders and serve guest requests. Handle billing and payment from the guest. Assist in storing received products and/or materials, as well as restocking them.

🔲 Control and quality: Control and check the materials needed for the proper performance of the duties of the position. Review and verify that orders received at the points of sale match the delivery notes and the order placed. Perform stock control. Comply with the quality, safety and health, environmental, and data protection standards established by the organization.

🔲 Strategic participation: Ensure the achievement of the established departmental objectives.

You are ideal for the position if...

🎓 Vocational training/ Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Restaurant Services.

💼 Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress Assistant in a 4-star or higher hotel.

🗣💬English and French, Level A1.

🖥🖱 Microsoft Office, Intermediate level.

El/la Camarero/a se encargará de realizar el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas en los diferentes puntos de venta, velando por ofrecer un servicio profesional y de calidad, así como la satisfacción del cliente siguiendo los protocolos y estándares marcados por Fuerte Group.

Tu día a día empezará a sonar así…

🔲 Soporte y supervisión: Recibir, acompañar, asesorar y despedir al cliente. Colaborar en la preparación de las áreas de trabajo para el servicio. Colaborar en la preparación y montaje mesas para el servicio según el manual y los protocolos establecidos por Fuerte Group en cada caso, y verificar que todos los elementos están en las condiciones que marcan los estándares. Colaborar en el montaje y desmontaje del buffet, así como el servicio en el mismo. Colaborar en la preparación y montaje de eventos especiales, en coordinación con el responsable.

🔲 Ejecución y seguimiento: Llevar a cabo las funciones propias de atención al cliente en los diferentes puntos de venta. Realizar la toma de comandas, así como el servicio de las peticiones de los clientes. Efectuar la facturación y el cobro al cliente. Colaborar en el almacenaje de los productos y/o materiales recibidos, así como en la reposición de los mismos.

🔲 Control y calidad: Controlar y revisar los materiales necesarios para el correcto desempeño de las funciones de su puesto de trabajo. Revisar y comprobar que los pedidos recibidos en los puntos de venta coinciden con los albaranes y el pedido realizado. Realizar el control de stock disponible. Cumplir con las normas de calidad, seguridad y salud, medioambiente y protección de datos, establecidos por la organización.

🔲 Participación estratégica: Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos.

Eres ideal para el puesto si…

🎓FP/ Grado Medio/ Superior en Servicios en restauración.

💼Experiencia mínima de 1 año como Ayudante de Camarero/a en hotel de 4* o superior.

🗣💬inglés y francés, Nivel A1.

🖥🖱 Microsoft Office, Nivel medio.
